4. Have a Schedule
It may sound incredibly crazy but your digestive tract likes to be on a strict schedule. If it knows when it’s going to eat every single day, it can be better prepared to digest your food properly. 5. Less Stress
Stress manifests itself in physical symptoms in the body. Not only does it affect your heart and your energy but it affects your digestion as well. If you feel as though you’re under a significant amount of stress, try to do some activities that you consider stress-reducing.
